S is for Sauces/Shrubs/Spices - R is for Rub a dub dub and there are so many types my first is going to be the beginning of a new chapter in canning so lets begin. Remember everything is a learning process. Some things I have done several times some only now on the post. But all in all it is all tasting really good! These things also keep you out of the sauce and spice aisle at the market Making your own keeps you in control of the amount also.
